Lamido reacts to death of Sun reporter

The Peoples’ Democratic Party, (PDP) senatorial candidate in the 2019 elections, Dr. Mustapha Sule Lamido has commiserated with the families and Journalists over the death of a SUN newspaper reporter in Jigawa State, Ahmed Abubakar.

Lamido stated this during a condolence visit to the Secretariat of the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) in the state.

He described Ahmed as the epitome of excellence and humility.

BBNAIJA ONLINE” reported that the late Ahmed Abubakar who was the chairman of the state’s correspondents chapel died on Wednesday after a brief illness.

“I received the sudden death of late Ahmed Abubakar as shocking whom I considered as a part of our family”.

According to him, “Words have failed me do describe the kind of feelings that I feel inside me for his death”

He prayed for Allah SWA to grants his soul eternal rest and families to bear the loss.
